The Student Council President has the opportunity to nominate students to serve on many of the University’s Presidential committees. Please read the descriptions of the different committees on their website.
This process include seats on the Athletic Advisory Council, the Calendar Committee, the Public Occasions Committee, the Financial Aid Committee, the Information Technology Committee, the Libraries Committee, the Master Planning Council Committee, the Names Committee, the Public Art Committee, the Sustainability Committee, the Undergraduate Admissions Committee, and the Women’s Leadership Council.
An application process will be used to make nominations. These committees are vital to the University’s everyday operations and are valuable opportunities for students.
