The University of Virginia Bookstore and Student Council are giving away 8 orange snuggies to selected students who will wear the snuggie at the October 16th football game against North Carolina.
We’re looking for dedicated Virginia football fans who will be actively cheering the Hoos on throughout the entire game. To win one of the snuggies, just post an answer to either of the two questions:
Why do you deserve to be one of the winners of a snuggie? Or,
What makes you such a great Virginia fan?
There are several ways to enter. You may post a comment at the bottom of this page, go to Student Council’s facebook group and submit a comment to the “Win a Snuggie!” post on the page, or send your response in an email to Ben Powell at dbp6a@virginia.edu. Please limit entries to under 40 words. Entries are due on Thursday, October 14th at 5 pm.
The winners will be contacted on Thursday, October 14th, and you will have to pick up the snuggie on Friday so it can be worn at the football game on Saturday night. After the game, it’s yours to keep!

Orange Snuggie???? Perfect contrast to that annoying Carolina Blue!! and just in time for Halloween!! I will wear mine every day for a month!!
Hi. Long time reader, first time commenter. Why do I deserve a snuggie? Because I lack enough self-esteem to ACTUALLY wear one in public.
I deserve to win the snuggie because I HATE snuggies and yet, I would be willing to go through the torture of wearing one solely to support my team.
