Hello from Community Affairs!
Having just gained four awesome new members through Fall Recruitment, we are working full throttle to get Corner businesses to participate in this year’s Homecomings initiatives. Our Paint the Corner Orange event is meant to get Corner stores to display their UVa spirit while also offering discounts to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members. For example, if you are a sushi aficionado, you will be pleased to know that Sushi Love has decided to offer a 10% discount to customers wearing UVa paraphernalia one day during Homecomings week. Stay tuned to figure out what other businesses will be participating!
