So while a larger post is coming at the end of this week I posted this on Facebook and someone suggested having it here as well.
In ancient times the toga was a sign of citizenship. Wearing it meant that you were a citizen of Rome the most powerful country of its time. No one attacked a Roman for the fear of the swift retribution of Rome’s mighty legions. On 9-11-01 we were attacked. Those brave souls who perished represented a blow to our country. Since then thousands of our brave soldiers and civilians have dedicated their lives to bringing about retribution and now Osama bin Ladin is dead. Let it be known to all who plan attacks to all who wait in the darkness with the intent to hurt innocent civilians of any race, country or creed. The Free World and all of its countries will not stand for it and justice will be had. This is not a promise, it is truth.
