+ Meet the Chairs: Sona Sosa and Dan Barr
Hey! I’m a fourth year from Virginia Beach majoring in Anthropology, with a minor in Politics (Foreign Affairs). Besides being one of the co-chairs for Student Life I’m also involved in Virginia Anthropology Society as the president, the political action chair for Black Student Alliance, and a member of Sustained Dialogue and Burke Society. In my leisure, you can find me around Grounds daydreaming, texting, and writing poetry or in the community as a tutor in the Day in the Life Program. I’m really excited to be a part of StudCo and be able to serve the student body. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
Hey guys! I’m a fourth year from Fairfax, VA doing an interdisciplinary major in Bioethics. I am also involved on grounds with Alpha Phi Omega and I am the Technical Director for First Year Players. In my free time, I like to hike and kayak around the Charlottesville area, watch movies, and nap. I’m really excited to work together with my peers to make an impact at our university!
