The Student Life Committee caters to the everyday needs and wants of students at the University of Virginia. We are committed to make life in the university community fun and easy by answering to the requests of the general student body. Our mission is to improve and make efficient aspects including, but by no means limited to, dining, transportation, libraries, and general activities.
Committee initiatives include:
- Reduce textbook prices
- UVAirBus: providing transportation to Charlottesville and Richmond Airports. Learn more.
- Improve dining options at the Pav
- Voice student opinions regarding Newcomb Renovations
- Extend library hours during exams
