There are eight undergraduate representatives from the College of Arts & Sciences.
These representatives also attend Arts & Sciences Council meetings in order to maintain a relationship with their constituents. The Arts & Sciences Council has General Body Meetings Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

Owais “O.S.” Naeem is a third year Pre- Dental student majoring in Biology from Woodbridge, Virginia. Having previously served as Parliamentarian of Student Council, he is looking forward to representing the voice of the student body. His goal for this year is to make sure more students know about the resources available to them through Council and the avenues for getting their voices heard. Outside of Student Council, Owais is a member of Phi Sigma Kappa and Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, as well as many other CIOs on Grounds. In his free time he enjoys exploring Charlottesville and dropping rhymes with his friends. Feel free to get in touch with him; he is always eager to meet new people.

Marco Segura
Marco Segura College Rep
Marco is a third year student majoring in Government and Spanish. Marco lived all across South America during his childhood years, he was born in Lima, Peru. Marco went to a Chinese school for ten years in Lima. Now he lives in Fairfax, where he attended Robinson Secondary. Marco loves this University so much that his whole room is packed with UVA gear. Marco loves waking up in the mornings and go swimming, he also likes playing pick up basketball with friends and he spends long nights at Clemons. He also loves talking about elections and polls with as many people as he can. His favorite movies are the Gladiator, Men of Honor and The count of Montecristo. Besides being part of Student Council, Marco works at the front desk at Alderman Library, he was the Second Year Council Outreach Chair, a UJC Educator and part of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. He will be more than happy to meet you and spend some time listening to your opinions and ideas to improve UVA.
