The applications for the Student Council Executive positions — including Chief of Cabinet, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and the Director of University Relations — are now available on our Recruitment Portal. These are all great leadership positions that will allow you to truly make a difference at the University.

Application deadline for Executive positions: March 18th at 5pm.

Bring your love for conservation to your community

Bring your love for conservation to your community. Our Environmental Sustainability committee has developed an initiative with the GrandMarc to provide one student with a year of free rent in an apartment in compensation for his/her work as a conservation advocate for the complex. As the conservation advocate, the student would be expected to coordinate programs to facilitate increased recycling as well as encourage water and energy efficiency.

Join us at the Annual Commision

Please join us for the Third Annual Commission on Wednesday, March 3 at 5:30 pm in the Dome Room of the Rotunda followed by a reception. We seek to provide an opportunity for administrators and students to freely discuss current and planned University programs and initiatives. Our confirmed panelists include:

Apply for an Off-Grounds Housing Scholarship

Want $1000? Student Council is sponsoring two $1000 scholarships to help students afford their off-Grounds housing expenses. Download the application now! All applications must be emailed to studcoscholarships@gmail.com by March 3, 5 p.m. Scholars will be chosen based on many factors including academic performance, strength of their essay, financial need, reasons for choosing off-Grounds housing.
