Fall Activities Fair Registration

Student Council’s Fall Activities Fair will be held on Monday, August 21, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Lower/South Lawn and in the Amphitheatre. 

Reserving a spot at the Fair cost $25 per half table (340 spots available) and $50 per table (100 spots available). Space to participate in the Fair is limited, and all spots will be given on a first come, first served basis. The option to reserve a full table will no longer be available once all the spots have been sold.

Groups eligible to participate: Active CIO’s, Special Status and Agency organizations, and groups or departments officially affiliated with UVA.

We have moved registration and payment to a one-step, online process. Please complete this registration and payment formAll payments must be completed by July 21, 2017.

*CIOs should only submit this application once your renewal for 2017-2018 has been approved. If you pay for a table at the Activities Fair and your CIO’s renewal application has NOT been approved, your table will not be reserved and you will NOT receive a refund for the amount paid.
