Our Winter Activities Fair will be held in the Newcomb Hall Ballroom on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 11:00am – 4:00pm. Setup will be from 10:00 – 11:00 and cleanup will be from 4:00 – 5:00.
If your student group wishes to participate, please fill out the form below and return it to the Newcomb Information Desk by the last day of classes for the semester, December 8 by 5pm with the appropriate fee. Groups are eligible to participate if they are an approved CIO, affiliated with the University, or Special Status Organization.
Spaces cost $20: Availability is limited and will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. Payment must be made to reserve a spot.
