Winter Activities Fair Registration
WHAT: Student Council’s Fall Activities Fair
WHEN: Friday, January 26, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
WHERE: Adjacent Newcomb Ballroom, Lounge, Kaleidoscope Room, and Gallery on the third floor.
WHO: Organizations officially recognized by the University are eligible to participate.This includes active CIO’s, Special Status and Agency organizations, and groups or departments. If you have a question about your organization’s eligibility, please contact email@example.com before registering.
HOW: Eligible organizations may purchase one half table spot at the Fair for $25. Tables are 8′ long, and spots are half of that space. Space to participate in the Fair is limited, and all spots will be given on a first come, first served basis. Student Council will only allow organizations to purchase a second half table if there is space remaining at the registration deadline. Unless otherwise notified, organizations may only purchase one spot.
Please complete this registration and payment form. All payments must be completed by December 15, 2017. The person completing this form should receive a receipt of purchase. Please check your inbox and spam folders for this receipt before emailing to check the status of your order.
