Winter Activities Fair Registration

WHAT: Student Council’s Fall Activities Fair

WHEN: Friday, January 26, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

WHERE: Adjacent Newcomb Ballroom, Lounge, Kaleidoscope Room, and Gallery on the third floor.

WHO: Organizations officially recognized by the University are eligible to participate.This includes active CIO’s, Special Status and Agency organizations, and groups or departments. If you have a question about your organization’s eligibility, please contact before registering.

HOW: Eligible organizations may purchase one half table spot at the Fair for $25.  Tables are 8′ long, and spots are half of that space. Space to participate in the Fair is limited, and all spots will be given on a first come, first served basis. Student Council will only allow organizations to purchase a second half table if there is space remaining at the registration deadline. Unless otherwise notified, organizations may only purchase one spot.
